Edgardo munñoz


Publications

My publications examine international commercial law, comparative contract law, international arbitration, and sports law. With a particular focus on the CISG and the harmonisation of private law, my work explores how different legal traditions approach shared problems in contracting and dispute resolution. The books, articles, and commentaries collected here also address questions of sustainability, arbitrator independence, professional ethics, and the protection of athletes’ dignity.
