Edgardo Muñoz is a Professor of Law at Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara, Mexico, and an independent international arbitration practitioner. He has acted as arbitrator and counsel in domestic and international proceedings involving different jurisdictions, legal traditions and arbitral institutions.

His practice and academic work focus on international arbitration, international business transactions, international sales law, comparative contract law and sports law.

He is admitted to practise law in Mexico and California, United States, and conducts proceedings in Spanish and English. He is also fluent in French.
