My strong practical approach has been built for over two decades. I was part of the arbitration and sports law team of a prestigous Swiss law firm for several years. In more recent times, I have been acting independently as Legal Expert, Chairman of Tribunals and Sole Arbitrator in numerous domestic and international arbitrations under the rules of the most prominent arbitral institutions of Mexico, the United States and Europe.
I am Arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sports and member of the Appeal Tribunal of the International Gymnastics Federation in Lausanne, Switzerland.

I am Vice-President of the Arbitration Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Mexico in Jalisco and ICC Mexico representative before the ICC Global Commission on Arbitration and ADR. I am also Member of the General Council of Mexico’s Arbitration Center (CAM).
